Smuggling is a crime against the whole Nation. Govt always tries to put it down with a heavy hand.

One such Smuggling Syndicate was operating in Bombay. Inspector Pinto was charged to liquidate this dangerous syndicate. Pinto soon had an encounter with this gang, when one of the gangsters Kundan was wounded, others made good their escape. Sheri, the Syndicate Boss, on learning Kundan's capture by Police got annoyed but was pacified by Dilip; who assured him that the Police could get only dead body of Kundan. At this stage, news reached that Kundan was alive. Sheri got panicky and ordered that Kundan be killed in Police Custody. For this Julie volunteered, meanwhile gang shifted to Goa in a Hotel "MAY ROSE".

One day a man in the guise of an Arab entered the Hotel. Sheri discovered that the Arab was none else but Jaswant, an escapee from Jail, on whose head there was a reward of Rs. 10,000/- Sheri spared Jaswant on condition that he joins him. Dilip saw Kundan in Goa and conveyed the news to Sheri, Sheri sensed a police trap and sent Rita to make a false love with Kundan and seduce him to the Hotel. The man whom she thought Kundan was Raja, eyes met and Rita lost her heart to Raja. When Sheri learned of this romance he got wild and adopted such murderous tactics that whole Goa was in the grip of terror. Raja was captured and brought into the Hotel. Jaswant was ordered to kill him, so that the gang may live in peace.

What happened to Rita and her love? Who was Raja? Was he Raja or Kundan? Who was Jaswant? What remained of the Gang and its leader? Did Julie succeed in killing Kundan in Police custody?
